Optimizing curriculum data and administration to support vocational education

Summary :
During the three-month internship, contributed to supporting the implementation of the vocational school curriculum through administrative management, data processing, and information media design. This project served as a bridge between educational technology competencies and real-world work practices in government agencies.
Process :
Design educational presentation media for the Vocational School Information Guide for 35 cities/districts, covering school profiles, student numbers, and BOS fund allocations.
Managed over 120 educational documents, including official letters, reports, and memorandums of understanding (MoUs).
Compiling recap of 20 vocational schools receiving APBD Perubahan grants using Excel.
Inputting and verifying school account data in 15+ regions through the Ministry of Education and Culture's BOS portal and Central Java SSO.
Archiving more than 80 Special Allocation Fund (DAK) documents from 12 branch offices.
Supporting logistics and visual documentation for the 2023 National Student Competency Competition (LKS).
Results :
Informative presentation materials that facilitate the dissemination of vocational school data to 35 cities/districts.
A more structured data archiving and recap system, making it easier to monitor schools receiving funds.
