Summary :

This project focuses on planning and implementing public speaking training for high school students. The goal is to increase confidence, public speaking skills, and the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

Process :

  • Conducting a training needs analysis based on student profiles and challenges.

  • Developing a training curriculum covering communication theory, vocal techniques, body language, and presentation practice.

  • Designing presentation modules and program success evaluation instruments.

  • Conducting training sessions directly through simulations, practice, and interactive feedback.

  • Collecting student feedback to assess the effectiveness of the materials and methods used.

Results :

  • The successful implementation of 1 public speaking training program with active student participation.

  • Structured training materials that can be reused for similar training programs.

  • A comprehensive program report covering evaluation results and activity documentation.
